What does an HVAC sourcing coordinator do?
OLIVE LION organises your requirement, identifies suitable manufacturing capability in China, clarifies technical and commercial points and supports the process from enquiry to quotation.
What information is needed before requesting a quotation?
As a minimum: the product type, quantity, application, required duty or performance, destination country and target delivery. Drawings, schedules or existing specifications help suppliers respond accurately and reduce clarification rounds.
Does OLIVE LION own the factories it works with?
No. OLIVE LION is an independent sourcing business that coordinates with manufacturing capability; it does not own manufacturing facilities.
How should UK electrical, controls and documentation requirements be communicated?
State the supply voltage and phase, control or BMS interface, installation constraints and the documents your project needs in the enquiry. Documentation requirements can be reviewed as part of the sourcing process, but design responsibility and approval remain with the project engineer or consultant.
