As a minimum: the product type, quantity, application, required duty or performance, destination country and target delivery. Drawings, schedules or existing specifications help suppliers respond accurately and reduce clarification rounds.

Modular AHUs are typically configured around airflow, external static pressure, coil duty, filtration and controls. Dimensional or access constraints can be included in the enquiry and assessed with the manufacturer.

Heat-recovery units and fresh-air ventilators sit within the related range. Recovery type and efficiency data are confirmed against the selected unit and your duty.

Typically a selection printout, fan and coil data, filter classes, casing construction details, dimensional drawings, electrical and controls information, and any documentation your project specification requires.

State the supply voltage and phase, control or BMS interface, installation constraints and the documents your project needs in the enquiry. Documentation requirements can be reviewed as part of the sourcing process, but design responsibility and approval remain with the project engineer or consultant.
